Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to ensure a high-quality experience with Estreya BlishHUD.
However, if you encounter issues, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If the product does not function as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was charged without your authorization and verified by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to use the product but it is functioning as intended.
  • Partial Subscription Usage: If you have already used the service for a significant period before requesting a refund.
  • Failure to Cancel Subscription: If you forgot to cancel before the renewal date.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be granted based on the policy above. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
